Aerospace Industries Association of America

The Aerospace Industries Association of America, Inc. shapes public policy that ensures the U.S. aerospace, defense, and homeland security industry remains preeminent and that its members are successful and profitable in a changing global market. The AIA advises the Business and Industry STEM Coalition, comprised of over 40 organizations dedicated to the goal of doubling the number of U.S. college graduates with degrees in STEM fields by the year 2020. Members pursue this goal by developing experiential learning opportunities for students; recruiting, training, and supporting educators; and recruiting underrepresented groups to the STEM workforce.
