S. Allen Counter

Educator, african diaspora ethnographer, and neurophysiologist S. Allen Counter (1954 – ) is the director of the Harvard Foundation. He earned his PhD degree in neurobiology from Case Western Reserve University, and has been involved in ethnographic and scientific studies around the world.
