Society of Women Geographers

The Society of Women Geographers (SWG) is a non-profit professional and social organization whose members are women that love adventure. Whether circling the globe or delving into research, the SWG defines “geographer” in the broadest sense, as one who has added to the world’s knowledge. Anthropologists, geologists, journalists, biologists, archaeologists, oceanographers, geographers, economists, diplomats, explorers and ecologists all meet to share their discoveries and adventures.
